Fall Festival of Homes

We are delighted to welcome you and know you’re going to enjoy this exclusive peek inside some of the Main Line’s most remarkable residences—along with a few special surprises waiting for you at each home.

TOUR PASS, GUIDE BOOKLET & BOXED LUNCH PICKUP

Tour passes will be available at two locations on the morning of the tour, beginning at 9:15 AM, at the Devon Horse Show Grounds, 23 Dorset Road, Devon and at Bryn Mawr Rehab, 414 Paoli Pike in Malvern.

Tour passes must be displayed for entry into each home. At pickup, you will also receive a Fall Festival of Homes guide booklet with the addresses, directions, and information about each residence on the tour.

Boxed Lunches: If you pre-ordered a boxed lunch, it may be picked up at the Devon Horse Show Grounds location only between 9:15 AM and 2:00 PM.

TOUR HOURS: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

The homes will open promptly at 10:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM. The tour is self-guided, so you may visit the homes in whatever order and at whatever pace works best for you.

MAKE A DAY OF IT AT DEVON YARD

We hope you’ll also take advantage of the special offer exclusively for Fall Festival of Homes guests from our friends at Devon Yard. Your tour ticket is your pass to enjoy 20% off at Terrain, Anthropologie, Terrain Café, and Pizzeria Vetri throughout business hours on the day of the tour.

Stop by to shop or dine during the tour—or extend your day with a visit afterward. If you plan to dine at Terrain Café, advance reservations are recommended.

A FEW REMINDERS FOR THE DAY

• Please do not bring backpacks or large handbags into the homes.
• Children under 12 are not permitted on the tour.
• Smoking and outside food or beverages are not permitted at any tour property.
• Please silence cell phones before entering the homes.
• Indoor photography is not permitted without prior consent of the homeowner.
• Please, no high heels. Surgical booties will be provided and must be worn over shoes while inside the homes.
• Homes open at 10:00 AM and close promptly at 4:00 PM.

Most importantly, the Devon Country Fair’s primary mission is to support Bryn Mawr Hospital, and your participation in the Fall Festival of Homes helps us continue that longstanding tradition of giving.
