Devon Fall Classic Box Seating
Box seating in the Main, East 1, East 2, and East 3 grandstands is available now for the 2026 Devon Fall Classic, held Thursday, September 10 through Sunday, September 13. Each box includes six seats for all events of the show. All six seats in a box must be purchased together. A limited number of boxes are available, so early purchase is encouraged for the best box selection.
Early Bird Special
$400 for a 6-seat box, including parking, through June 30, 2026. Savings: $90. After June 30, the price is $450.
Box Subscription Renewals
Once you purchase a Box Subscription for the Devon Fall Classic, you will automatically receive a renewal offer for the same box the following year. Renewals may be completed by mail or by phone.
The release date for any unpaid 2026 Subscription Renewals is Saturday, August 1, 2026. After that date, unpaid reserved box seats will be released for sale.
Parking
A parking pass for the entire show provides a guaranteed space in the Main Lot on Dorset Road for all days of the show. Parking Pass: $40 per pass

Dog Policy
Dogs must be on leashes at all times and are not permitted in the grandstands or in areas serving food. Owners of dogs found off leash, or permitted to roam off leash even under supervision, will be fined $100 and will be responsible for paying the Show Office the entry fees for any horse whose performance was disrupted.
Purchase Single Reserved Grandstand Tickets
Single Reserved Grandstand Tickets go on sale starting August 1
These tickets provide entrance to the show & fair grounds, as well as an individual assigned seat in one of four covered grandstands. Prices vary according to the day. You may enter the show grounds anytime that day, but you may only sit in your seat during the stated session.
Please call (610) 688-2554 for wheelchair and companion seating options in the East 2 Grandstand.
- Seating preferences are highly subjective; what may be the favorite for one person may not be best for another.
- The Main Grandstand – on the west side of the Dixon Oval – has the traditional wooden design. It offers two rows of bench seating (with backs) above the boxes.
- The East 1 Grandstand is located on the northeast side of the ring close to the Committee Stand. It provides 10 rows of individual molded plastic seats with backs.
- The East 2 & 3 Grandstands are centered on the east side of the Dixon Oval. These grandstands provide 13-14 rows of metal bleachers with no seat backs.
- The East 2 Grandstand has ramp access and offers one row of 32 seats with backs. Please call the office at (610) 688-2554 to reserve wheelchair and companion seating.
