
Preserving Tradition. Building Devon’s Future
Announcing the Devon Legacy Initiative, a five-year, $5 million capital campaign designed to preserve, restore, and modernize the historic Devon Horse Show and Country Fair while honoring the traditions that have defined the event for more than 130 years.
Operating under the theme, “Preserving Tradition. Building Devon’s Future.,” the campaign will support infrastructure improvements, hospitality enhancements, exhibitor experiences, and legacy preservation projects that will ensure Devon remains a world-class equestrian destination for generations to come.
“The Devon Legacy Initiative is about stewardship,” added Grafton. “For more than 130 years, Devon has stood as a symbol of tradition, community, and equestrian excellence. This campaign will help ensure future generations continue to experience the magic and impact of this treasured institution.”
The campaign seeks to preserve the historic character of Devon while improving the experience for riders, exhibitors, spectators, sponsors, and volunteers. Planned projects include facility modernization, accessibility improvements, hospitality upgrades, infrastructure enhancements, barn improvements, parking and paving upgrades, and long-term preservation efforts designed to sustain Devon’s position as one of the world’s most iconic equestrian venues.
The Devon Fall Classic will provide an important opportunity for attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and supporters to learn more about the campaign ahead of its official kickoff reception on October 8, 2026, at Triple Crown in Radnor, Pennsylvania.
